The look is nice, matches the rest of our GE profile appliances. However, the actual jars are very cheaply made, you're suppose to pull up a bit and then twist to open. With too much force, the lids snap and crack off. And the containers don't really fit in to the slots, very loose. My husband actually broke the lid off--so we are returning it. But it really does look and feel nice.

I bought 2. One for me and one for my daughter-in-law. I've had mine out for awhile. I broke a lid. They open goofy. There were some "different" spices in it. It looks nice on the counter. I really need a replacement lid. I had to tape it. Lovely. If I were you I would try the magnetic spice rack by this same company. If you buy this...be careful with the lids. I'm going to write the company since I can't find replacement lids online.

We received this item as a wedding gift also from our registry actually. The item does look nice, but the picture on the box is deceiving because most of the construction is plastic. Also, they gave us duplicate on some spices so I had to buy my own spices to put in a few of the bottles. I like the overall look of the spice rack and will be keeping the item. I probably wouldn't recommend anyone register for this item.

The spice rack looks great and has a nice selection of items but the lids for the containers are cheap and once you have used it once the lid will not seal against the container properly again and if not put back into the rack in just the right possition the spice will spill out. Instead look for a spice rack that the lids either snap back into place or close in a more secure manner.

I have gotten this for a wedding gift. it looks very nice but, I'm afraid to use it. Over half of the construction is plastic and doesn't seem very durable. Was going to return it but, my fiance had thrown the box away.

I got these as one of my wedding gifts. They look really nice if you don't touch them. However, if you are like most people and actually want to use your spices then I would not recommend this product. The clear plastic lids are cheep and they crack and break and then there is really no way of keeping the spices in. They do not seal in the spices very well either. I could not recommend this product.

Since I lived in an apartment, I was looking for a spice rack that was compact. And this one fits perfectly on my counter without taking up much space. And I love that there are some unusual spices in the set. But it's missing some basics like nutmeg and garlic. And the bottles open really oddly and I feel like I'm going to break the tops off or something. But all in all, I'm glad I got it.

Received as a bday gift. Looks nice in the picture and even when you first get it. But it is messy because the cheap plastic lids dont close tightly. I have broken one. I like the spices it comes with for the most party. but most of them are "whole." Ground spices are better.

The seasoning in the jar are not good seasoning ... i smelled the the THYME in the seasoning rack and it didnt really have a smell i bought some in a jar from mccormick it has a really strong smell... and you can tell a difference in your food !!!
